I think all of our members all inactive in servers/forum...We need active members

How you can be sure that he is active member if he played on our server only 1 day?

I know him from sometime...We are good friends

You can't accept him alone..so, let him play on our server 1 week and lets see is he active player or not. No matter, he is your friend or not, he is not in clan yet..
